The Research Journal of Biotechnology (RJB) maintains complete editorial independence. All editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without influence from commercial, institutional, or personal interests.



Editorial Decision-Making

The editorial team ensures a transparent, fair, and timely decision-making process. Manuscripts are evaluated objectively without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, or personal beliefs.



Manuscript Acceptance Criteria

Manuscripts submitted to RJB are considered for publication based on the following criteria:

  • Scientific originality and significance
  • Methodological rigor and reproducibility
  • Compliance with ethical standards
  • Clarity, organization, and quality of presentation
  • Relevance to the journal’s aims and scope


Special Issues Policy

RJB may publish Special Issues focused on emerging topics, thematic areas, or conference proceedings. Guest Editors may be appointed to manage these issues; however, the Editor-in-Chief retains full responsibility for all final editorial decisions.



Corrections and Retractions

The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. Corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern will be issued when necessary, in accordance with international publishing standards and ethical guidelines.



Complaints and Appeals

Authors have the right to submit appeals or complaints regarding editorial decisions. All cases are handled in a fair, transparent, and unbiased manner by the editorial office or senior editorial members.



Ethical Oversight

RJB follows internationally recognized publication ethics guidelines and takes all allegations of misconduct seriously. Appropriate actions will be taken in cases of:

  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Duplicate submission or publication
  • Unethical research practices
